Effective date: 27 August 2026
This policy applies to a private integration available only to its authorized account user.
The integration accesses account data only after explicit authorization and only as needed to perform user-requested functions. Depending on the permissions enabled by the user, this may include messages, calendar data, contacts, and files.
Account data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose models. Service processors may handle data solely to provide requested functions and are subject to applicable access controls and contractual obligations.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Access is restricted to the authorized user and necessary service components. Credentials and retained data are kept only as required to provide enabled functions and maintain user-requested records.
The user can revoke access through their account security settings. Requests concerning retained data can be submitted through the support contact shown on the authorization consent screen.
